George Harrison & Paul Simon: Here Comes The Sun

George Harrison stopped by the set of Saturday Night Live to play a couple of songs with that week’s host, Paul Simon. As part of a sketch earlier in the year, Lorne Michaels had promised The Beatles $3,000 to reform and play three songs on his show. Harrison turned up on November 20, 1976, and jokingly haggled with Michaels over the money. He later joined Simon onstage.
